OnlyFans agency software: how to choose the right tool for your team

This guide is published by CreatorXOne (Digital Aura, s.r.o.). We've tried to be fair; check each vendor's site for current details.

If you run an OnlyFans agency with a chatter team, the software you pick decides how your chatters share inboxes, how you see who sold what, how you pay people, and how your creators' accounts are kept safe. There are a lot of tools, and most comparison lists are written by someone with something to sell. So are we: we make one of the tools below. That's why this guide is built around questions you can test yourself in a trial, lists every tool in alphabetical order without scores, and links each fact to the vendor's own page. If you want our product page instead, that's the OnlyFans CRM page.

What OnlyFans agency software does

OnlyFans agency software is the workspace an agency uses to run several creators with a team: a shared fan CRM (spend, history, notes), chat tools for chatters, roles and shifts, sales credit and payroll, and analytics per creator and per chatter. Some tools add AI that drafts or sends messages, built-in proxies, and support for other platforms such as Fansly.

CRM, agency software or AI chatter: the same words cover three kinds of product

  • Agency CRMs focus on the team: inbox sharing, roles, shifts, payroll, audit trails.
  • AI-first tools focus on AI writing or sending messages, with team features around that.
  • Single-purpose tools do one job well (tracking links, analytics, mass messages) and are often free or cheap.

Several tools in this guide mix all three. Check which part you actually need before you compare prices.

What no tool can do

OnlyFans doesn't offer a public API for these tools, so they work through signed-in sessions (a desktop app, a custom browser or a web dashboard). That's why session isolation, proxies and how a vendor stores logins matter. It's also why no vendor can honestly promise that an account will never be restricted or banned.

How to choose: the criteria that matter

1. Platform fit

  • Which platforms does the vendor's own site name, and which are fully supported versus partly supported?
  • If you run Fansly, Fanvue, MYM, LoyalFans or ManyVids creators, check each one in the trial, not just on the feature page.
  • Are earnings shown per platform, or summed?

2. Fan CRM and chat tools

  • Fan spend, tiers and notes visible inside the chat, so the next chatter on shift sees them.
  • Scripts with quick search, and a way to stop two chatters answering the same fan.
  • Segments for big spenders and lapsed fans.

3. AI: suggest or autopilot?

Some tools let AI chat with fans on its own; others only draft a reply that a person reviews and sends. Neither is wrong for every agency, but ask: can you turn AI off per creator, who is accountable for what gets sent, and how does the tool fit the platform's terms?

4. Team and operations

  • Roles and permissions, and whether chatters can work without seeing the creator's password.
  • Shift planning, sales credit per chatter and shift, commission and payroll exports.
  • An audit trail of who sent what, and when.
  • Whether you pay per employee seat.

5. Security

  • Session isolation per creator, and a proxy per creator (included, add-on, or bring your own).
  • How logins are stored, and whether you can connect without storing the password.
  • Two-factor authentication for your own team.

6. Pricing

  • The model: flat per creator, banded by the creator's earnings, a share of AI sales, or per active day.
  • What you'd pay at your roster size today and at twice that size.
  • What stops billing (pausing, disconnecting, archiving, deleting). Get it in writing.
  • Trial length, and whether a card is needed.

7. Vendor

  • Desktop app, browser or web; which operating systems.
  • Public API, if you plan to build your own reporting.
  • Support channels, and how fast they answer a test ticket during your trial.

Our own head-to-head pages, written by us: Alternatives, CreatorXOne vs Infloww, CreatorXOne vs OnlyMonster.

CreatorHero

CreatorHero describes itself as OnlyFans CRM and management software for agencies. Its site lists unlimited team members with role permissions, chatter performance tracking, an AI Translator, mass messages to online fans and automatic follow-up messages. Pricing is a $39.99 creator licence plus a revenue-based fee capped at $260 per creator, with a 7-day free trial. Good fit if you run OnlyFans only and want chatting automations and a predictable cap.

Infloww

Infloww calls itself a CRM for OnlyFans and beyond, and lists OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM and Fanvue. Its pricing page shows plans per creator profile banded by the creator's monthly earnings, from $40 a month, with built-in proxies, roles and permissions, shift scheduling and an AI Copilot in beta. Desktop apps are available for macOS and Windows. Good fit if you run Fanvue or MYM creators alongside OnlyFans and want one established tool for all of them.

OFManager

OFManager offers a free plan for creators (up to 3 accounts), free tracking links, and an agency plan from $15 per account per month with the first 5 accounts free and built-in residential proxies. No card is needed to start. Good fit if you are a small agency or solo operator testing whether you need a paid CRM at all.

OnlyMonster

OnlyMonster describes itself as a creator operations platform for agencies and solo creators. It names the widest platform list in this guide, a public API, the OnlyMonster Browser for Windows and macOS, and Mimic AI, which keeps a conversation going and hands it to a human chatter when a fan is ready to buy. Pricing is per account, banded by earnings, from $30 a month, with discounts on 3- and 6-month plans. Good fit if you run many platforms or want to build on an API.

Supercreator

Supercreator is built around AI for OnlyFans. Its site lists a free CRM Lite plan for up to 10 accounts, CRM Premium from $15 per account per month with Message Copilot and chatter analytics, and a Super AI plan ($99 plus 5% of AI net sales) that includes Izzy, an AI chatter that can chat with fans on its own. There's a desktop app for Mac and Windows and a mobile app. Good fit if you want AI to handle a large share of chats, or want a free starting point.

Pricing models, with a worked example

Prices below are each vendor's lowest published band, read on 26 Oct 2026, for OnlyFans creators, a 30-day month, every creator connected all month. They are not converted between currencies, and most tools charge more as a creator earns more. Treat this as a starting point, not a quote.

CreatorsCreatorHero (from)CreatorXOneInfloww (from)OnlyMonster (from, 1-month plan)Supercreator CRM Premium (from)
3$119.97 plus revenue fee€90$120$90$45 (CRM Lite is free)
10$399.90 plus revenue fee€300$400$300$150
25$999.75 plus revenue fee€750$1,000$750$375

What this shows: for small, low-earning creators, free tiers and $15 plans cost less than CreatorXOne. Banded pricing gets more expensive as creators earn more; per-day pricing stays the same whatever a creator earns, but it bills every day a creator stays connected and not archived, even a quiet one. Archiving a creator stops CreatorXOne billing from the next day.

Security questions to ask any vendor

  • Can chatters work without the creator's password? Most serious tools say yes. Ask how.
  • Is each creator's session isolated, with its own proxy? Ask whether proxies are included, an add-on, or bring-your-own.
  • Is there an audit trail of who sent what?
  • Can you require two-factor authentication for your whole team?
  • Be wary of any "no ban risk" promise, from any vendor. No tool controls a platform's enforcement.

Where CreatorXOne fits, and where it doesn't

This section is about our own product.

It may fit if:

  • You run OnlyFans and Fansly creators (both fully supported), and maybe ManyVids or LoyalFans creators in the same roster. LoyalFans works from desktop app v1.3.5 for login and live sessions; LoyalFans stats are not synced yet.
  • You want to pay per creator per active day: €1 per creator per active day (€0.33 ManyVids and LoyalFans), with unlimited employees and no per-seat fee.
  • Your chatters are people, and you want AI that only suggests. CreatorXOne's AI drafts a reply; a person reviews and sends it.
  • You need team operations: roles and permissions, shifts, sales credited to the chatter who handled the fan, payroll exports, Team chat and Ops cards inside the live session, and one Audit Center feed.
  • You want each creator session on its own proxy (bring your own, or add ours for €0.03 per creator per day), and the option to connect a creator without storing the password (desktop v1.3.2 or later).
  • Your team uses Windows, macOS or Linux.

It probably doesn't fit if:

  • You run Fanvue or MYM creators. CreatorXOne doesn't support them; Infloww and OnlyMonster list them.
  • You want AI to chat with fans on its own.
  • You need a public API. CreatorXOne doesn't have one.
  • You need LoyalFans earnings and stats today.
  • Most of your creators earn little and you want the lowest possible bill: a free tier or a $15 plan may cost less.
  • You want a long public review record. Several of the tools above have been around longer.

Try it: 14-day trial, no credit card. See Pricing and the OnlyFans CRM page.

How to run a trial that tells you something

  1. Connect one real creator per platform you run, in the first two days.
  2. Put two chatters on the same creator and check that they don't answer the same fan.
  3. Check that fan notes written on one shift show up on the next.
  4. Restrict a chatter role and confirm what they can't see.
  5. Export a payroll or sales report and check it against the platform's own numbers.
  6. Send support one real question and time the answer.

FAQ

What is OnlyFans agency software?

It's the workspace an agency uses to run several creators with a team: a shared fan CRM, chat tools, roles and shifts, sales credit and payroll, and analytics per creator and per chatter.

Does OnlyFans have an official API for these tools?

OnlyFans doesn't offer a public API for them. Tools work through signed-in sessions in a desktop app, a custom browser or a web dashboard, which is why session isolation and proxies matter.

How much does OnlyFans agency software cost?

From free tiers to $40 or more per creator per month, depending on the tool and on how much each creator earns. Some tools add a share of AI sales. CreatorXOne charges €1 per creator per active day (€0.33 ManyVids and LoyalFans). Check each vendor's pricing page for current numbers.

Can AI chat with fans automatically?

Some tools offer that (for example, Supercreator's AI Chatter, and OnlyMonster's Mimic AI hands chats to a human to close). CreatorXOne's AI only suggests replies, and a person sends every message. Whatever you pick, check the platform's terms.

Which tools support Fansly, Fanvue or MYM?

Per the vendors' own sites: Infloww lists OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM and Fanvue; OnlyMonster lists OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans and more; CreatorXOne supports OnlyFans and Fansly fully, plus ManyVids and LoyalFans, and doesn't support Fanvue or MYM.

Can any tool guarantee my accounts won't be banned?

No. A tool can isolate sessions and use a proxy per creator, but no vendor controls a platform's enforcement.
