CreatorXOne features
CreatorXOne is a CRM for agencies on OnlyFans, Fansly, ManyVids, and LoyalFans: one dashboard for creators, chatters, payroll, sessions, and fan tools. LoyalFans is available from desktop app v1.3.5. Public list rates are in EUR. How-tos stay in the Help Center — this page is the product capability list.
OnlyFans, Fansly, ManyVids, and LoyalFans
OnlyFans and Fansly, plus ManyVids and LoyalFans
OnlyFans and Fansly are fully supported in the same workspace — creators, live chat, vault, metrics, and team tools. ManyVids uses the same connected-creator rate at €0.33 per creator per day while not archived. LoyalFans is available from desktop app v1.3.5. Stats sync automatically while the creator’s session is working, with a manual refresh per creator.
Unlimited chatter seats
Add unlimited employees with role-based access, shifts, and payroll. There is no per-seat fee — chatter headcount does not multiply the software bill.
Pay per connected creator (EUR)
€1 per connected OnlyFans or Fansly creator per day
Each connected OnlyFans or Fansly creator costs €1 per day (€0.33 for ManyVids) while they are not archived. Archive a creator you are not using; billing for that creator stops from the next day. Optional HTTPS proxy is €0.03 per creator per day. AI is billed in EUR (Standard €15 / 4M tokens, Pro €29 / 12M, plus €4 per extra 1M). 14-day trial, no credit card. Finish setup to add 3 extra trial days.
Setup: 3 extra trial days
Finish first creator, first live session, and first stats in CreatorXOne to add 3 extra trial days, once per agency. Inviting a teammate is optional.
Fan CRM
Fans list and RFM segments
One fan CRM across your OnlyFans and Fansly creators: every fan’s spend, history and notes in one drawer, plus RFM segments (recency, frequency, monetary) that update automatically like smart lists. Export any segment to CSV.
Fan tiers and fan tags
Set your own spend tiers to rank fan value. VIP is a default tier. Default tags are Priority, Whale, Script ready and Caution. Tiers and tags show as labels on the fan in live chat and drive the priority inbox.
Fan owner
Assign each fan to an owning chatter so handovers and credit stay clear.
Live chatting tools
Chat Guard (warn-only)
Per-creator topics, words, and exceptions in Message Settings. The live OnlyFans and Fansly composer runs a warn-only draft check — it does not hard-block send yet.
Slash `/` chatting scripts
Search chatting scripts from the live composer with `/`. Templates stay under human control; nothing auto-sends. Scripts fill in the fan’s name with {name} (personalisation / personalization), and an emoji bar keeps your own most-used emoji one tap away.
Vault picker in the composer
Pick vault media for this fan while chatting, with vault tags and notes for sent / purchased / pending tracking.
Fan notes, spender flags, restricted words, SFW
Persistent fan notes for handovers, automatic high-spender flags, custom restricted-word lists, and a safe-for-work mode for shared offices. Managers with permission can review minor self-ID locks from Message Settings (detection stays on by default).
Inbox split and chatter presence
Split inbox: a manager splits one creator’s inbox into 2–9 queues. A “… is here” badge shows who has a fan open. Auto-cover only reassigns fans with no owner to chatters who are still working. Fans with an assigned owner stay with that owner, even when that owner is away.
Fansly inbox split and online presence
On Fansly, inbox split and online presence stay on when a third-party Fansly extension is also active. The hidden-chats count sits in the inbox strip. When one chatter covers every queue, only fans owned by another live chatter are hidden.
Priority inbox
Reorders the loaded chat list so high-value fans come first, ranked by tiers, tags and spend (inbox prioritisation / prioritization). On by default; switch it off in Profile.
Chat countdown timers
Set a timer on a fan chat (custom video due, call back later) and get an alarm (reminder) when it runs out. Every chatter on that creator sees it. Nothing is sent automatically.
Who sent it, and creator notes
Messages sent through CreatorXOne show which chatter sent them. Each creator’s rules and persona notes on OnlyFans (with permission) appear inside the live chat.
Mass campaigns and metrics
Mass message to online fans (OnlyFans, BETA)
Start a mass-to-online flow from the live composer. After sending, Unsend unread removes copies fans have not opened yet. An optional Chat add-ons toggle in Profile keeps the extra controls out of the way.
Mass campaign metrics
Rates on Metrics for OnlyFans and Fansly — send / view / unlock / purchase style reporting where the platform provides it — plus CSV exports for managers. Metrics and Analytics can also filter earnings by platform when the agency uses more than one.
Tracking links
Generate OnlyFans and Fansly tracking links to attribute campaigns.
Team chat, sessions, and desktop
Team chat for staff
Direct messages and named groups. In a session, a new team message appears as a small card that closes after about 15 seconds unless a reply is started. Reply needs the Send team chat permission. When the window is in the background, a system notification can show. In Team chat, some messages about a creator include Open session. Delete appears only on your own messages.

Team chat unread
Unread for a thread starts when you joined or rejoined. Older messages in that thread stay available but do not add to the badge.
Continue in browser
Sign in to the CreatorXOne desktop app from the account already open in your web browser. After you connect, the app comes back to the front. Password and email-code sign-in stay available. Needs desktop v1.3.3 or later.
Live Sessions and reconnect
If OnlyFans or Fansly logs out inside an open session, the slot can show Needs re-login and managers get a Live Sessions toast. Same-slot Reconnect in the desktop app shipped in v1.3.1. Download and install for desktop updates shows progress, then quit and install. Run unlimited concurrent sessions; download the desktop app from /download.
Session-only creator connect
When adding an OnlyFans or Fansly creator you can still store encrypted login details, or opt out and sign in on desktop instead. Opting out saves the session, not the password (2FA stays on the platform) and needs desktop v1.3.2 or later.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does CreatorXOne auto-send AI messages?
No. Suggested replies, chatting scripts, and Ops cards are drafts. A person reviews and sends. Ops cards can save a draft and notify a chatter. CreatorXOne does not send the message.
What are Ops cards?
Managers who can open Live Sessions get a board of open follow-ups: quiet high-value fans, revenue dips, idle high-value fans, and unopened paid media. Assign a chatter, snooze, save a draft, notify, or mark done. Cards group by creator. Filter by type or creator. CreatorXOne does not send the draft.
What is Vault Vision?
Vault Vision follows that creator’s AI switch. It is on when AI is on, unless a manager turns it off, and off when AI is off. When it is on, CreatorXOne tags that creator’s albums in the background. Album photos can get short AI sale descriptions for the live chat composer. Share-for-share and promo albums are skipped. Tagging uses the included AI pool, at most half of that pool, and up to 200 images a day, albums first. The Power-ups switch shows tagging progress — how many album photos are done or still queued — while Vision is on.
What is AI support chat (BETA)?
AI support chat (BETA) is a signed-in Help chat. The question mark opens it and keeps that thread. Answers come from the CreatorXOne Help Center and cite the guide. When the guide does not cover the question, or you ask for a person, CreatorXOne saves the thread for the team. Telegram and email stay available when you want to talk to a person.
