What's new
CreatorXOne changelog
Shipped product updates for CreatorXOne. Newest first. No login required. Step-by-step how-tos stay in the Help Center.
10 October 2026
- Public site: Limits notes on the OnlyFans CRM page and the features page no longer say mass message from chat is in beta and OnlyFans-only.
8 October 2026
- Desktop app v1.3.5: LoyalFans sign-in with a saved login is smoother in the CreatorXOne desktop app, including the login bar, submit, and when the session is saved. Windows, Mac, and Linux builds are on the download page.
- Public site: The home and features pages list the supported platforms as OnlyFans and Fansly (full support), ManyVids, and LoyalFans (from desktop app v1.3.5). The footer reads © 2026 Digital Aura, s.r.o. For anything else, ask AI support chat BETA from the question mark.
- Download: The download page lists one Linux installer, plus the Mac and Windows builds.
- Creators: Opening a page from the Creators menu closes the flyout so Add Creator stays clear. Escape closes Edit creator info, the same way other dialogs close.
- Phone and languages: On a phone, the What's new banner sits in the page flow so a wrapped line does not cover the title. What's new, authenticator labels, the device list, and Home tiles for Metrics, Live ops, and Analytics follow the selected language as soon as it changes.
- Power-ups: When the agency already has a creator that is not OnlyFans or Fansly, CreatorXOne explains that power-ups need one of those.
7 October 2026
- Public site: Team chat has its own CreatorXOne feature page in all 12 site languages. It covers direct messages, named groups, the reply card inside a live session, and edit, react, and delete, with a short FAQ and a link to the Help Center article. For anything else, ask AI support chat BETA from the question mark.
6 October 2026
- Help chat (BETA): Ask how to connect or onboard a creator, and AI support chat BETA answers from the Add creators article in the CreatorXOne Help Center.
- Creators: On a laptop-width screen, long stage names in the creator table are shortened so every column, including Actions, fits on the page. Point at a name to see it in full.
- Settings: The desktop setting is called Open in the in-app browser (Beta). It lists the platforms that open there, including Fansly, LoyalFans, ManyVids, Reddit, and X. OnlyFans always opens in Chrome.
- Connect a creator: Sign in on desktop says two-factor authentication stays on the platform, so the note fits every platform you connect.
- Team chat: On a phone, the thread list, the open thread, and the message box fit on one screen above the bottom menu. While the keyboard is open, the message box stays in view.
- Ops cards: The notice in the live chat says Quiet whale, the same name the Command board uses.
- Public site: Features and the home page show screens from CreatorXOne for Team chat, Ops cards, Audit Center, the CRM logs, and AI support chat BETA. On a phone, the pricing table shows a hint that it slides sideways.
5 October 2026
- Command: Creators lists Command once. That page shows the briefing and the ops board. The old Ops cards address opens Command. CreatorXOne still does not send a draft.
- Investigation Center: Managers can type an employee name and open one page with the creators that person sent messages on, and those outbound messages in time order. It uses the same chat log. It does not restore an unsent message.
- Investigation Center: The left menu lists it under Employees, after Profiles. In company settings it stays above Audit Center and shows its icon.
- Employee report: Under Employees, choose a date range and, if you want, one creator or one employee. Each row in CreatorXOne is that creator, that employee, and that day: messages sent, unique fans, attributed revenue, tips, PPV, and session hours. Export CSV downloads the same rows. People without Chat logs or audit access do not see the page.
- Creators menu: Live sessions and Live ops are one Live ops page, with Sessions and Board. Sessions keeps the access it had before. Command is the ops entry. The creator list is labeled Creator profiles.
- Command center: The phone briefing shows the latest finished earnings day and that date. A morning with no finished numbers is not shown as $0.00. CreatorXOne still does not send a draft.
- Home: After you sign in on the web, CreatorXOne opens Home. People who run the agency see a short performance snapshot. People who work shifts see the last finished earnings day, whether the daily challenge is on, shifts, and team chat. My profile is under Settings. Affiliate is under Finance.
- Help chat: Ask a manager from the question mark. Help chat shows the exact team-chat message and sends it only after you reply yes. It is sent as you. A teammate who can send team chat can reply in that help chat. CreatorXOne does not send a fan message.
- Help chat: The control that makes the chat larger or smaller is an icon beside close.
- Settings: Account settings lists My profile once. Name, timezone, password, and two-factor authentication stay on that page.
- LoyalFans: Opening a LoyalFans creator now checks the desktop app version first. On a version older than v1.3.4, or when the version cannot be read, the session does not open and a note asks you to update. OnlyFans, Fansly, and ManyVids open as before.
- Help chat (BETA): when you ask about your own account, the question-mark chat can look it up: your role and what you can see, your creators and their session status, trial and power-ups, and why some numbers are empty, with the matching Help Center article. It only reads your account and does not change anything.
- Investigation Center: Opening the page lists the employees in the company. Choose a name to see the creators that person sent messages on, and those outbound messages. The name box still finds someone quickly.
- Feedback: From the question mark, Report an issue or Request a feature. CreatorXOne saves the agency, the page, the app version, and the device. A screenshot is not attached yet.
- Transactions: Overall and By creator stay under the page title on both pages, in the same place. Filters stay on the right.
- Transactions: The menu entry is under Dashboard, after Analytics. It still opens on Overall, and By creator stays on that page. The same addresses still open.
- Creators: On a phone, each creator is a card with the name, the platform, whether the account is active, and Open. The table stays on a wider screen.
- Public site: On a phone the cookie notice is shorter, and the question mark stays above it. The last item in the menu and the bottom of the login window stay clear of that notice.
- Billing: On a phone, each statement lists the period, the amount, the status, and the download action on their own lines. The statement table stays on a wider screen.
