Ops cards in CreatorXOne
Ops cards are open follow-ups for OnlyFans and Fansly. Open them from the left menu: Creators → Command center (on the starter menu, under More). The old Ops cards address opens the same page. You need View Creators Profiles, View Creator Analytics, or Session Management to see the board. Cards group by creator, and you can filter by type or creator.
Quiet whale, Revenue dip, Idle high-value, Unopened PPV
Each card names the creator, the fan when the card is about one fan, and a reason line. Money on that line is US dollars, printed the way CreatorXOne prints it, for example $1,240.
The actions are Notify, Assign, Draft, Done, Open chat, and Snooze. Notify tells a chatter inside CreatorXOne. It is not an email. Open chat opens that fan’s OnlyFans or Fansly chat. A Revenue dip card only offers Done and Snooze.
Drafts for the chatter
Draft opens Draft for the chatter. It only saves a draft the chatter can review. It is not sent to OnlyFans or Fansly.
The draft stops at 500 characters. After you save, CreatorXOne confirms Draft saved for the chatter and the card shows Draft saved. A person still sends the message from the live chat. CreatorXOne does not send it.
Assign or snooze
Assign picks a chatter for the card. If nobody is on the fan yet and the server cannot pick one, Notify asks you to choose a chatter on that screen.
Snooze hides the card for 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours, or until a time you choose, up to 7 days. Done closes the card.
In the chat session
In the live chat, a notice shows the badge CreatorXOne · Quiet whale (CreatorXOne · Ops card for the other types), the reason line, Open draft or Open chat, and Dismiss. The notice closes itself after 20 seconds.
Open draft only appears in that creator’s live chat. Another creator’s window asks you to open the right creator. On Fansly, Open chat opens the matching thread. The draft stays a draft. CreatorXOne does not send it to OnlyFans or Fansly.
