Team chat in CreatorXOne
Team chat is the staff messenger inside CreatorXOne. Teammates use direct messages and named groups. Fan chats stay on OnlyFans or Fansly and are not copied into Team chat. Open it from the left menu: Employees → Team chat. A red number on the menu shows unread messages, and unread chats stay at the top of the list. Unread for a thread starts when you joined or rejoined. Older messages in that thread stay available but do not add to the badge.
Direct messages and pings inside a live session
A direct message is a 1:1 chat with one teammate. Only the two of you can read it. To start one, click New, choose Message teammate, pick a teammate, then Open. The header shows whether that teammate is Online or Offline, which sessions they are In session on, and which creators they are assigned to. The agency also has one Agency chat that everyone in the agency can read. You cannot leave the Agency chat or a direct chat.
While you work in an OnlyFans or Fansly session, a new team message appears as a small card with the sender and the chat type, such as DM or Team. With Send team chat, Reply opens a box in the card. Send, or Ctrl/Cmd + Enter, answers without leaving the session. Ignore closes the card. The card also closes by itself after about 15 seconds unless you start a reply. If the session window is in the background and notifications are allowed, a system notification can appear too. In Team chat, some messages about a creator include Open session. In the desktop app, people with Start New Session and View Creators Profiles can open that creator’s session from there.
Groups
A group is a named chat for the teammates you add. Only members can read it. Click New, choose New group, tick the teammates, set Group name (optional), then Create group. Add people, then Add to group, adds teammates later.
Leave group removes the group from your list. The other members see a system line, for example “Alex left this group”. That line is not a message you can edit or react to.
Edit, react, delete
You can edit or delete your own messages. An edited message shows edited. A deleted message shows Message deleted. React adds one reaction per message: 👍 ❤️ 😂 😮 😢 or 🔥. Pick the same reaction again to remove it.
Team chat shows Delete only on your own messages, even for people with Moderate team chat. Nobody can open other people’s direct chats. Send team chat is required to send messages and to create groups. Without it, you can read a thread but not send. Type @ to mention a teammate or a creator you can access. Sound on and Sound off mute the new-message sound in this browser only. Messages are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Messages are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Mentions and assigned-creator lists only show creators you have access to.
